Our
website is going through an upgrade today. Please excuse us if you
can't find what you are looking for today.
As a Human Resources
professional, you know that the keys to success in this
challenging field are: keeping current on HR issues, trends, and
skills; developing a strong support network; and contributing to
your organization's success. EIHRA was created to help you in all
of these areas. |

President, Rhonda Burnett
I am proud to
have the opportunity to introduce our new website during my term.
I would like to encourage all of our members to take advantage of
what our site has to offer and to visit frequently as we will continue
to improve our services to our membership.
The Eastern
Indiana Human Resource Association is devoted to helping practitioners
deal with changes we face concerning our employees, management,
community, and the ever changing legal landscape. We will continue
to provide professional development and networking opportunities
at our monthly chapter meetings. We are always open to new program
ideas and encourage our members to give us input and let us know
if you have any program suggestions. We want EIHRA to be an invaluable
membership which serves your needs but we can only do this with
your feedback.
Volunteer membership
participation is the core of our association. I want to thank all
of our volunteers that serve on committees and the board of directors.
Because of you, your energy and professionalism EIHRA continues
to meet our goals and fulfill our mission. I would also like to
encourage others to participate and bring fresh ideas to the association
by being a volunteer board member when positions become available.
I welcome your
comments and look forward to meeting each of you at our monthly
meetings.
