HR REPRESENTATIVE
Beauty Systems Group (div. of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc.) is the world’s largest distributor of exclusive hair, skin and nail products. Our internationally known, professional brands are sold only to salons and spas through a network of stores and direct sales covering the US and Canada. We are seeking an HR Representative who will primarily support our Greenville, Ohio distribution center that has a large employee population. HR support for retail stores and an outside sales force will be added later.

The HR Rep will be responsible for the effective implementation of all Company policies, programs and employee morale activities. Examples of functions include maintaining accessibility to and close contact with employees, coaching management regarding performance appraisals, employee performance improvement and terminations, conducting employee recognition and communication programs, training, planning employee activities and administration of payroll, benefit and compensation programs.

The ideal candidate will have the equivalent of:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in management or human resources
• Three years of experience in the functions noted above
• Knowledge of federal and Ohio employment laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to positively interact with employees at all levels
• Flexible schedule
