Some
Information on the Association's Meetings
Members
of the Association gather on the second Tuesday
of every month. The meetings are held during the lunch
hour at MCL Cafeteria. Meetings consist of an EIHRA business
discussion, a guest speaker, and most importantly, a meal.
Members are encouraged to bring guests. Those guests are encouraged
to become members and then bring guests of their own to the next
meeting!
EIHRA
Purpose
The
purpose of the Association shall be to provide a means for advancing
the human resource profession and the capabilities of all members
through the interchange of ideas, experiences, education, and professional
development; in conjunction with SHRM, serve the needs of all human
resource professionals providing the most essential and comprehensive
resources available; to ensure that HR is recognized as an essential
partner in developing and executing organizational strategy.
