Some
Information on the Association's Meetings
The
Association meets for a business meeting
and luncheon at 11:30 a.m., the second Tuesday of each month, except
in May, at MCL Restaurant (Richmond Square Mall, 3801 National Road
East, Richmond, IN.) The meeting fee including meal is $15.00 for
members and $20.00 for non-members.

Purpose
The
purpose of the Association shall be to provide a means for advancing
the human resource profession and the capabilities of all members
through the interchange of ideas, experiences, education, and professional
development; in conjunction with SHRM, serve the needs of all human
resource professionals providing the most essential and comprehensive
resources available; to ensure that HR is recognized as an essential
partner in developing and executing organizational strategy.
